Business Development Specialist


  • Determine and evaluate construction sector opportunities in target regions and assist in developing new market entry strategies
  • Execute business development action plans for defined targets
  • Make sure all aforementioned opportunities are accurately recorded and effectively communicated
  • Daily screening of international tender notices
  • Prepare necessary bidding documents for international tenders participation
  • Gain a technical understanding of the processes
  • Implement related correspondence with existing partners and candidate partner companies
  • Evaluate project solicitation documents to determine requirements for qualification and proposal submittals
  • Develop and identify prospects from current clients, referral leads, and other sources
  • Conduct regular and official correspondences.


  • Language skills –  Fluent knowledge of English and Russian (both are must)
  • Experience in Construction sector is highly desired
  • Experience as business development specialist is a must
  • Educational background in International Business Development and International Relations
  • Experience in projects funded by international financial institutions (World Bank, EBRD, IDB, ADB, etc.,)
  • Good reporting skills
